Echo SonoSoft electronic health record software is very similar to Vascular SonoSoft.Instead of an Echo sonographer handing the reading physician a hand written report for dictation, the sonographer enters his or her results onto a simple computer form, complete with drop down boxes and edit friendly fields. All the drop downs are pre-populated with a variety of findings, yet can be modified 'on-the-fly' as needed.
